Access Holdings Plc announced the retirement of Bolaji Agbede, Executive Director of Business Support, effective June 30, 2026. The company disclosed the transition in a notification to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public.
Agbede’s retirement follows the expiration of her term after more than two decades with the Access Group. She played a central role in the group’s growth and transformation throughout her tenure.
The Board highlighted her leadership as Acting Group Chief Executive Officer following the death of Herbert Wigwe in February 2024. During this period, she was credited with maintaining leadership continuity and business performance.
