CLSA reiterated its positive outlook on Bharti Airtel, the parent company of Airtel Africa. The firm expects the Airtel Money mobile unit to launch an IPO in the second half of 2026.
The IPO could value the mobile money division at up to $10 billion. This valuation represents a significant portion of Airtel Africa’s total market capitalization.
Airtel Africa’s stock rose 10% on the Nigerian Exchange over the past week. The company currently manages digital and financial services across 14 African markets.
