Pan Jian, Co-Chairman and Executive Director of CATL, projects the company’s business will expand five to tenfold over the next decade. He expects a growth rate exceeding 200% to 300% within the next five years. This outlook follows new energy vehicle penetration in mainland China surpassing 50%.
CATL will build 4,000 integrated battery charging and swapping stations by the end of the current year. The infrastructure rollout will span approximately 190 cities across mainland China. This expansion supports a broader strategy of business model innovation and new venture promotion.
